Poor customer service

Ordered thru online order and received damaged product. Terrible Macy customer service.. one promised that a replacement will come, after 2 weeks, the customer service said no replacement and no notifications. Will not order food items online anymore

R.H. Macy’s hot cocoa mix

We have been trying a lot of different cocoas this year. This is the least favorite out of all the cocoas we have tried. The flavor is terrible. So disappointed.

Chocolate deliciousness!

This is by far my favourite hot cocoas. It has just the right amount of chocolate, sweetness, and creaminess. Perfect with marshmallows! It’s certainly becoming a holiday tradition in our house.

Pretty tasty

Nice smooth Cocoa. A little light on the weight for the price, but the collector tin offsets that for some people.(cough, cough.) Pretty good Cocoa though here for sure.
