Best Rabbit I have used

Easy to use and works great. I have enjoyed it so much I have given as gifts.

Average

Disappointed that this little rabbit doesn't hold its charge for more than a couple of hours! Does the trick but have to charge it every time. Says it has the power for 30 corks - I open one bottle and two days later when I go to use it again I have to charge it again!

Did not work fresh out the box!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my in-laws who live in the UK. It was embarrassing as they tried to use it and it failed to turn on. We tried charging but it did not help. I will not be exchanging it for the same model! I ordered the Oster opener for a fraction of the prize, not to mention the good reviews! Do your research before buying this unreliable product.

Works great, great gift

Great gift idea. Much easier than manual corkscrew.

NO, NO, NO, NO!!!

First, let me start off by saying that I do not know why my nickname on here is "bathroom set". That has nothing to do with this review. Anyway, this is a terrible product and way overpriced. We got this as a wedding gift and we were so excited to use it for the first time. However, we were only left seriously let down over and over again when it never successfully opened one single cork. Additionally, there is no place to conveniently store the foil cutter. Needless to say, we are returning it immediately. No, we do NOT recommend this wine opener.

Only buy this if you drink boxed wine!

Because that is the only way you will get your wine opened! I got this first as a gift after approximately 2 months the opener (even if fully charged) would die out mid way. Also it would never make it to 30 bottles. I got a replacement. This one only lasted 3 weeks. Then the down function stopped working. Don't waste your time and money!

meh

My husband loves wine, so I got this for him for Christmas. Even though there are cheaper electric wine openers out there, I thought I'd go for what I'd heard was the best. Well, it turns out that their *marketing* is very good, but the product itself is just OK. A couple of times we've even had to use an actual wine key (i.e., a waiter's corkscrew) to finish the job of removing a cork. It also comes with a foil cutter that does not attach to the main unit, so it either sits on the counter near the unit or goes in a drawer. That seems like a stupid design flaw. But although that's annoying, the real issue for me is that it does not actually get the cork out completely every time. If you're looking for an electric corkscrew, I'd suggest that you keep looking. This one isn't worth the money or the aggravation.

Worst bottle opener ever!

I have returned this opener three times every time for the same reason. After a couple of uses the screw breaks off.
