All 4 chairs had to be returned for various problems. Finally after 2 more returns and a 4th delivery, chairs are nice. If manufacturers were more particular about their product it would have been better star. Macy's was very accommodating in resolving the problems 4 stars.

Beautiful dining set

BEAUTIFUL SET ....took a while to get but very happy. Delivery service was over the top!!!!! Wonderful!!!!

Check and report promptly.

Comfortable but arrived showing poor workmanship : the arm was not screwed in all the way. Macys sent out a repair man to fix it.
