No hole on the glass lid

There is no hole on the glass lid. It really makes problem when you are using it.i don't like the set , quality is not expected

Got my Rachel wear cookware.

For some reason another I don't know why but the box was already open. Not the box that it was put into but the original box that holds the cookware was open I started to count the pieces to make sure that I had 13 pieces I only kept coming up with 12 eventually I figured it out someone stole the spatula Out of the cookware's box the original box that the cookware come in not what they shifted in the big box. So I did not get all of everything that was supposed to come in that box that was already open. I have not even cooked in the pans yet this is opening the box. See the inside box that the cooker actually came in that box was ripped I did not do that.
