Great addition to a condo guest room

Kenzey, Radford, whatever flavor you pick from the multitude of fabric samples available, know that you are buying the limousine of sleeper chairs. If you've ever seen that episode of Seinfeld with the sleeper sofa, you know what a bar in the back can do. This line features a memory foam mattress that folds neatly and quickly in and out. I've slept on it for a about a week's worth of nights or more and am pretty comfortably on it. No problems waking up overheated or sore. We were told we could purchase a standard twin sheet to fit it, but there's nothing for a flat or fitted sheet to tuck into / hold onto so the best you can do is drape a flat sheet across it and sleep. I suppose the rationale is that you're not meant to sleep on it indefinitely, but I have cats and a guest staying indefinitely. It wouldn't be a bad thing to be able to protect the mattress from stains and scratches. Couple of points against it. It's expensive. If you pick a different fabric than the floor model, you will have to wait 6 - 8 weeks before you get the product as they upholster it custom for you. Changing the fabric also changes the pliability of the pillows and the comfort of the piece as a chair so choose wisely. Otherwise, you can't beat it for saving space in an office that can double up as a guest room.
