Love love love!
It was so hard for us to find a couch that fit our space, had all of the features we wanted, and was in the right color. We are so happy with the quality and comfort of the Radley couch in addition to it fitting perfectly in our space. It was also a huge selling point for us that the price didn’t change for us to custom order our fabric of choice. We went with the Natural Zuri and they said it would be about 90 days for delivery, but it actually came a month early! We couldn’t be happier with our decision, and highly recommend the Radley couch.
Delivery and production time severely inaccurate
I ordered my sofa online at the end of May. After not receiving any sort of update for nearly two months, I called customer service and was told that my couch would not be delivered until the second week of September! The description for the couch says to allow 6-8 weeks for production and delivery. This is completely dishonest. The salesperson I spoke to seemed aware of this discrepancy, and said it takes up to 90 days for production and delivery (which is not listed anywhere on the product website). They were also rather rude. I won't purchase a custom item from Macy's ever again, and also recommend that they work on customer service. Strongly recommend looking elsewhere for furniture.
Good to start not good long term use
Very pretty couch, roomy, and comfy 3 pieces with the lounging portion. Bought light gray. The material is not forgiving if you have kids and pets. Even well behaved ones. I have had 4 years. I keep couch covered 90 % of the time but material is pilling some, areas that aren’t covered appear dingy, some cushions and pillows losing shape. A couple minor stains do not lift out with spot treatment. This is a family room couch in a clean house with kids that aren’t spilling or jumping on furniture . It should be holding up better. Previous furniture owned took more abuse and held up much better for longer. I think the upholstery is the issue. Maybe better if microsuede. Don’t buy if you plan to keep nice long-term but use it daily. Material fine for a living room nobody uses. Size is great for large families!

Uncomfortable sofa
I purchased this sofa about a month ago after visiting the Macy‘s at Barton Square Mall in Austin. It is very important to me that any sofa I purchase is, first of all, very comfortable. I sat on several Radley sectionals on the floor. They were comfortable . Once mine was delivered, it was extremely firm and uncomfortable. I called customer service and was assured that it would get softer with use. Well after a month of sitting, bouncing, sleeping, and lounging on this sofa it’s still awful. I went to the store and sat on the sofas there again just reassure myself that I had been correct. I spoke with a sales person about the possibility of returning mine. He told me that I should have done it within three days. That was the first I’d heard of that. I still think it’s beautiful but I didn’t purchase it as something to look at. I’m very disappointed.
I love it
I added the couch with some extra pieces I love it
Nah…
I wouldn’t buy this couch again. It’s been 60 days and the spot my husband sits in is already flattening and not bouncing back. He’s not that heavy. Also the corner piece has a different feel, much stiffer like a different foam. The couch looks beautiful but inferior cushions.
Good Quality
We’ve hade a configuration of this couch for about 3 years. We’re not super high traffic, but I am 6’ 210 lbs and the couch has held up well to my ups and downs, etc. it was a bit pricey compared to some others but I have been really happy with the quality of this couch. I think it will last 20 years if treated appropriately (no kids using it as a jungle gym, etc.).
