Picture doesn’t match with the description

As mentioned by a previous customer, the product I received is not the one shown on the website. Macy’s, please update the photo — I was expecting a purse backpack, not a bucket crossbody.

The purse pictured is a backpack however the purse that was delivered is a bucket purse!!
