Ordered but never received

Ordered. Then received 3 delayed shipping messages weekly. Then heard nothing for over a week. When I called customer service about a separate order that's when I found out that they canceled my order of the purse. Apparently they canceled because they ran out of stock. But it was still available to purchase online a month after ordering it. The most upsetting part is the lack of communication. I did not receive one message stating my order would be canceled. Had I not called in about my other order I wouldn't know about the cancelation.

Never Received

Waited and waited. Kept getting messages it was delayed. Final message that said cancel because it was out of stock, although it was still offered for sale on website.

stylish without the bling bling

perfect size for work and weekends, sunglasses, reading glasses, phone, wallet, lipstick, small mirror and keys. The chalk color is perfect for black or brown shoes/belt. Will carry this purse all summer into fall. .
