I really loved This Radley London Penhurst Extra-Large Tote and received so many compliments! Recently, the leather on the handles began to separate and split. The handles actually seem to be weakening and I've totally stopped using the bag. The purse leather itself looks great, but the handles look and feel like they may break. I went back to using my Coach bag because I'm afraid this will break while I'm using it. I shop at Macy's weekly since I work across the street from the State Street store in Chicago. I decided to check my purchases to see how long I've owned this bag. I was shocked that I haven't owned this for 6 months. Very disappointed in Radley products. I own a few and they do not hold up well.

The Radley London brand is top quality. The leather, rose gold hardware, interior lining and organization are beautiful. This is my first time coming across this make. Will definitely look for new styles. I am absolutely in love with this bag and will be using it for a long time. If you are looking for a well made bag this brand is the one. I own both colors!
Great design but poor quality leather
Appreciated the design of this bag. It has just the right amount of pockets to stay organized and easily find things. Unfortunately, the leather was stiff and cheap looking, Definitely a surprise considering the price. Cannot recommend.
Very impressed
This is a great purse. I was impressed at first sight with the quality of material and craftsmanship. It came with the fabric cover to protect it when you are not currently using your purse. The inside contains 3 organizer pockets on the inside leaving plenty of open space for larger item if desired. There are also 3 pockets on the outside of it. The more I use it the more I love it. Rather I have the minimum items in it or need to throw a couple of diapers and wet wipes it is a perfect size and stylish. It is very well balanced so the weight from being made of good leather is not as noticeable as you would expect
Gorgeous bag!
I love my Radley London bag! My new favorite tote bag it’s perfect and fits everything I need ,it’s just the right size, Lots of pockets, inside pockets are well finished and ample. It’s made of a beautiful soft leather, very fine quality. The color is like a light rose champagne.Came with a pretty pink drawstring dust cover bag. It’s practical and elegant. I hardly recommend this beautiful hand bag.
Nice size but not big enough
I work in IT and I always have multiple devices with me (ipad, laptop, work phone etc.) so I tend to lean more towards handbags that can handle all of that equipment plus my personal items. This bag is nice and sturdy with good straps that seem like they can support a lot of weight. Not once did I feel like I was on the verge of breaking one. I immediately noticed that it is not a structured bag but so far it has held its shape really well. Unfortunately, the standard 13 inch laptop does not fit without deforming the structure of the purse. As disappointed as I was I knew that I could still use the bag to carry my tablet and the rest of my personal items. I will include pictures of what fit in the bag with this review. Style wise, this purse is gorgeous!!! The rose gold accents compliment the taupe color of the bag so well. Seems like it is really on trend with fall, which I love. The leather is soft to touch and textured. There are more than enough pockets inside and outside of the bag for additional storage. Overall, this is a great everyday purse for those who travel on the light side, and for those who don't mind carrying an additional bag for bigger items like laptops.
Exceptional quality
This bag is exceptionally well constructed and it is very roomy. The leather is supple and the finishing belies the quality of the product. This is a brand that I will continue to buy

This bag is made of a beautiful soft leather and unique hardware. Love the large size of it. It's truly a classy bag. Highly recommend in the mink color for all year around use. Love it!
