Dirty Bag

I just received this bag today. I’m so excited for a moment. When I look closer, I found that there are some dirts on it. I tried to clean it by a wet napkin. Unfortunately, it wouldn’t be removed. I really want to cry now 😭😭😭 What can I do now? Please help!!!
