Very disappointed

I purchased this bag thinking that it would be a great every day purse. Keep in mind that I work from home so the bag does not get a lot of wear and tear. I have not had the bag for 6 months and the straps have split at the seams. It's very disappointing to say the least and I need to purchase another purse because this looks so unprofessional when I do go out into the field. I am definitely not happy!

Disappointed and wasted my money

I picked up this bag from Macy's on 34th St in June 2023 and I stopped using the bag in August due to the straps breaking away. I am terribly disappointed. The body of the bag is still good but it's of no use if the straps are weak. I expected better from this brand because they are not so cheap. I should not have to fix anything on this bag because it's a recent purchase. Radley London please do better with your bag straps.

Quality bag

I love the quality and style of the bag. It’s going to last a long time with proper care. My only disappointment is the size of the bag, the description said large but this is more like a medium to me. Overall, I like it and keeping it.

Great purse for the price.

Fantastic new purse for my girlfriend. It's similar in color to her other purse, which she really liked. Slightly bigger and has just the right amount of zippered space. Only thing is the purse doesn't stand upright, which we think over time it will start to. All in all, very happy with this purchase.
