I bought that watch for my husband as present, but it turn on for a long process as exchange and we drove 2 time to mall. Sales representative Luba in Santa Rosa , CA help as and thank you for her understanding, patienFe and follow with us on all process. The first watch, I bought , at home we found out a gold chip inside of this watch. Brought back. Then she ordered 2 more, one of them we took, second had problem on glass. Watch Itself very nice , modern. Not easy to see time at dark, if somebody need to look time at night time. Finally my husband love it, but it take for us one month for exchange process.
