what's point of buying a trusted brand if it would stop working after a month or 2 and Macy's warranty window also closed and they can't help for free now?!

Do NOT try to have Macy's resize the bracelet

Great looking watch, but Macy's don't know how to resize the bracelet and will leave you with a nice watch without a bracelet.
