Poor quality; terrible packing and shipping

Very disappointed. I purchased two dresses in colors black and graphite. I received the black one first. It was folded and enclosed in a small shipping bag that arrived covered in debris. Although the dress was enclosed in an interior clear bag, the dress was creased, streaked, and appeared faded. The dress is thin, unlined, and unattractive. I’m returning both.
