Mindful, Intentional Parenting

I have to be honest, when I saw they wanted me to grab a notebook to track my replies, I put it down for a while, looking back I may have been intimidated! I think when you write something down, it becomes real (REALLY real) because it exists outside of those nice, but slightly out of focus, thoughts in your head. To anyone considering this book, I say: do it! Grab the notebook and this guide and take the time to think about what kind of parent YOU want to be for your child. I think we all want to raise good humans, but this book gave me the push to set intentions and think critically about my own parenting.
