Sensor Removal

I bought this dress for my niece for Christmas. I sent it directly to her. It arrived with the sensor still on it. Her mother took it to the Macy’s in Connecticut and they refused to remove the sensor even after I sent her a copy of the receipt. It was just a waste of money. I thought Macy’s was better than this.
