Nightmare Return

When these ridiculously heavy dressers were delivered, whoever delivered said they were delivered to my mail room but instead was delivered and left outside of my apartment building. I had to have someone move them to my apartment. I decided to return them since it was already too much effort. Now after a week and at least five calls to Macys return department they are still sitting in the middle of my kitchen floor. UPS wouldn't take them because there was no label. Trinity International 3rd party seller never sent me a label even though they said they did. I now have to wait five more days for the seller to send me the label, who knows maybe they will. This unfortunately changed my opinion of Macys. I was on hold with them this afternoon forever, only to find out again they couldn't help me till the seller responds.
