Top is too snug

The dress itself is nice but it runs very small and does not stretch in the chest area.

if I could give it zero stars I would

I’ve never bought an item that had such a bizarre fit. I ordered a size up but it was still extremely tight on the top and huge from the waist down. Should have paid attention to the previous review.
