ITEM WAS OPENED ALREADY AND IT WAS GROSS!

Picked up this item from curbside. The girl that handed it to me just ran off. I opened the bag to see that the box was already opened. I opened the box to see maybe there were still brand new. Nope they were gross had residue all over the glasses and gunk around the ear area. I went right back inside to return them. The guy that assisted me didn't even know to return/exchange them for me so i could get a new pair. I just told him to return it because I was just done with Macys at this point. Called customer service and they said they would issue me a $10 gift card to my email on file. Never received anything. I'm card member and shop often online. This was the worst experience i have had with them. Hire people that know what they are doing. And train them properly on picking items. If someone orders something brand new. The box shouldn't be open and used. I never took a picture or I would have posted it here. Makes me not want to buy here anymore.
