Bad customers service

Ordered Ray-ban sunglasses, when I come to pick up , I come home, open the box inside is AX brand. Then I come back talk with people who work in customer service, nobody knows what to do and they said the problem is because I took it home. Look like they think I bring home and exchange different one. I ordered online and pick up at Macy’s old orchard. Bad customers service

Not Ray Ban quality of old.

Not a very substantial frame. Doesn’t feel like Ray Ban quality of a few years ago. I’ve bought several RB frames over the years as I wear prescription lenses. This pair feels cheap in that you can feel the molding ridge on the stems. They are sharp and feel rough when putting them on. Returning them. Also, much better price at an online shop.
