Soft and smooth.

smooth and light silky texture. I have a 17inch depth queen and think this is the deepest the fitted sheets can hug ok. the pillow cases when put in the dryer do crumple up at the hems., I own 5 sets of this set and it's consistent and is the only thing I don't like about it. II air-dry the pillow cases to avoid the uneven and crumpling up at the hem because I don't like ironing. even after several washes it doesn't change. Though this is not an issue with the hems of the flat sheets. WWhen the material is dry it feels thin and breathable, soft and smooth but when wet I know it's high quality because it feels thick and durable.

I absolutely love this set. I'm amazed at how soft and comforting they are. I'll definitely be purchasing again and will recommend to all of my friends
