I am very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on the warm surface, this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help! redvolcano

WORST

Probably one of the worst non stick pans I've used. If I could call the manufacturer and get a refund, I would . Since day one, everything stuck.

You should be able to renew the pans. Please try the following cleaning method. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Melamine sponge on the warm surface, this should do the trick.

Awesome nonstick!

We received our red 2 piece frypan set and have been loving it so far! The handles get a little warm if they are used for extended cooking, but the nonstick surface makes cleaning them a breeze. They are also dishwasher safe, which is a plus

Love these pans

This pan set is really nice. The small pan is perfect for caramelizing onions or grilling vegetables. The bigger pan is perfect for main courses. They are super easy to clean . Nothing has stuck so far.

Works very well

I’m always a little skeptical when pans claim to be nonstick so I make sure I really put them to the test. This 2 piece pan set really passed the test. First thing I tried in them was scrambled eggs and during the cooking process I noticed how little was sticking and afterward it was very easy to clean. The smallest pan is great for cooking an egg or two and has been used multiple times in our household.

Great product!

This is a great pan for anything from eggs to pork chops. I love how scratch resistant it is and how easy it is to clean. I will definitely be buying more of the same brand. I highly recommend this to others.
