Strange fit. Too narrow. Heel slippage

I ordered these in 6.5 and 7. The 6.5 were too small, and very narrow in the toe box. The 7 were also narrow in the toe box, but my heel came right out of them when I took a step. Totally not workable, and not comfortable at all.
