Poor On-Line Service

The order was lost and never delivered. Someone at Macy's dropped the ball and did not notify us at all. The AI chat robot finally gave up and served up a representative named Rohit who was less than helpful. Somehow it was all my problem that no one at Macy's sent us the delivery notice. Another Service Agent on the phone line was more helpful but the AI and Chat service left much to be desired.

Great for Spaghetti and Pasta Salads

I ordered this as I am getting rid of plastics in my kitchen. This is a nice, solid piece that is a perfect length to put in my utensil holder. It is also very nice looking
