Am I supposed to feel the current? I don't.

I do like it as a massager, but I expected to feel a current and I do not. At first, I thought that maybe I need to lay it on the sun firs, but even after a day on the sun, it seems like batteries are not charged. Other than physical massage, I do not notice anything.
