Maintains existing flow rate and helps taste

Main thing we were looking for was a filter that could maintain the existing flow of our cold water line and this does that. We know it doesn't filter as much as a carbon block filter but for our water quality it does the job

Easy to install

Positive: is easy to install. Negative: the claim of reducing (I understand as eliminating) chlorine taste for 1 year is not true. This claim is good only for 6 months. Replacement every 6 months becomes a bit pricey.

Great product

I have city water at my house and I added this filter for the cold water in the kitchen, so I can use it as drinking water. I am very happy with it! Is great not to have to buy bottled water, which is sometimes worse quality, plus I avoid packaging waste.
