must be a lemon

This mattress is the worst mattress I've ever seen 😒 It has to be a lemon no other explanation, received it with threads coming undone, Top of the mattress just pulls up, it's not sewn down.. when putting pressure on it it sounds like it has plastic in it, like rolling on paper bags. will have it inspected, also has a terrible industrial smell that makes my sinuses act up. to bad, I can't post pictures of it.

Exceptional mattress

So I just received my mattress yesterday and we set up my bed last night first night sleeping in it makes 100% difference from what I used to own. I love my new mattress not too soft not too firm I got a good nights sleep. It was a plus I got it on sale I’m so happy with my purchase. Unfortunately I was not able to load a picture.

Great comfort

I took a shot buying this mattress online and WOW, to my surprise it's one of the most comfortable mattresses ever! I love the soft plush pillow topping. i had to buy a 3 inch topping for my old bed, but this mattress doesn't need any extra support. If you like a soft mattress but don't want to sink in 5 inches like memory foam mattresses, then this is for you! PS- Great delivery service too. Thank you.
