Bad service - Bad packaging

Wrong size shipped. Shipped in a little ziploc bag - not in a ring box!

A pretty pain

I had to have it sized. It was supposed to be a size 7, but it was a size 6. I had to argue with a manager for them to pay for the sizing since I didn't buy a service plan. I bought the right size, they sent me the wrong size and they had no more in stock! One of the prongs was sticking up and snagging, as well. They fixed that when they sized it. Thankfully I only paid $139 for it. Other than that, the ring is beautiful.
