Had to send back.

Runs big, check your size. Had to send back. Ordering a different dress altogether.

Good for concert wear

I bought this for a choral group I sing with. It was fine for that. Not sure I would wear it for anything else, but it is comfortable, not too hot, dressy enough.

Black Dress Perfect

This dress was perfect for the occasion. It was elegant, fit well, and I love it. The split is a little high when sitting but once adjusted it was fine.

Gorgeous but Exposing

This dress is stunning - truly a beautiful piece. However, I did not notice in the picture or description that there is a very high slit on one side. The slit is high enough on me (I'm 5'4") that if the dress separates, my underwear will be exposed. I am not skilled at sewing, so correction is not an option for me. If you have longer legs and/or can stitch the slit (or just don't mind it), this dress is gorgeous. Fabric is a rich, deep black and silky to the touch. Sadly for me, it is a return.
