A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED !

ROCKPORT IS KNOWN FOR "COMFORT" BUT THE LEATHER AND DESIGN ON THESE LOAFERS IS NOT COMFORTABLE / TOO STIFF, RIGID, TIGHT / THE SHOE ITSELF I LOVE / BUT THESE ARE JUST NOT COMFORTABLE.

Runs Narrow

I bought these shoes for my husband. They're beautiful, good quality, and beautifully finished. Unfortunately, I have to return them because they're too NARROW. My husband's size has always been 8 1/2 Regular (Medium), but this model runs very narrow. I'd like to exchange them for a Wide size.
