These hard-wearing ROCKY Alpha Force Waterproof Public Service Black Boots are made with black full-grain leather and 1000-denier nylon fabric. Rocky Alpha Force boots are tough work boots built to meet the job at hand. These lightweight, strong fabrics hold up even in the most extreme working conditions. These public service boots have been built with Rocky waterproof construction this creates a barrier that is guaranteed to keep water out, so your feet will remain completely dry. The Air-Port footbed is made from polyurethane and absorbs shock, but always reverts back to its earliest shape. The cushion footbed specifically targets your heel and metatarsal ridge, giving you support and comfort. This boot features a non-marking RigiTrac outsole that provides oil and slip resistance. A side zipper makes it easy to get these boots on and off quickly.

UNBELIEVABLE

Shipping was unbelievable fast. Had the boots in less than a week from the day ordered ( Weekend less). The soles wear out quickly on concrete floors. I’m on wood right now so lasting a long time. The thread used finally gave out. If a stronger thread was used I’d still be wearing my previous pair. I sewed them up and wore them a few more days. The second spot that finally gave away is on the side of the boot where it melted together. Cause could have been wearing out in the snow and rain. These boots held up under extreme conditions and harsh use. The only thing I can really call the boots out on is the lack of room on the foot right where the ball of the foot is on a wide model. Will recommend to anybody that needs shoes. The zipper is a great addition. Rocky really saved my feet from hurting while all day on a concrete floor

Extremely Narrow Toe-Bed/Size Up

I have especially narrow size 7.5 feet, for a woman. I needed the men’s equivalent to a women’s size 8 (sizing up so that I could wear padded socks). So, I purchased the men’s size 6 medium thinking men’s shoes will already be wide. These are so narrow in the toe-box that I come home after a 12 hour shift with permanent creases in my feet from my pinky toe being scrunched beneath my foot within the shoe. The insole has no padding either, so size up and go with the wide width if you have a narrow to average width foot. If your feet are wide, I’d go with a different brand altogether. Love the zipper feature to get through corrections shakedown quickly.

Awesome Boots

Extremely comfortable

One of THE MOST comfortable boots I have ever worn. They run a bit small, in my opinion. I am attempting to stretch them out and break them in. Overall comfortable and truly waterproof.

Tore apart in less than a month

I bought this a month ago, & they literally broke. I do do a lot of walking in them for work, but no heavy labor, so I’m not understanding why they already tore apart. Do not buy!!
