Very Lightweight and Durable!

The best hiking / work boot I've found for being lightweight AND super durable! I use them daily on a farm and I almost made it 3 years on a single pair!

My husband loves it

I purchased these boots for my husband. They fit him perfectly and are comfortable on his feet and ankles. I am rating them 4 stars for now. I anticipate they will prove to be excellent and slip-resistant when we go hiking. If so, it'll be a 5 🌟 I do recommend you to purchase one of these, too!

They are great

Have not put the new pair on, but have been wearing the 5212s for over 30 years..at least 25 pairs..best outdoor shoe I have worn.

Comfortable boot, but short laces.

I've had these boots a little over a year. I use them as a non-insulated hunting boot. I wore them on an elk hunting trip and two bird hunting trips. I put quite a few miles on them over all kinds of terrain. They were comfortable for the most part. I found my foot did slip a little bit when walking down steep terrain. But I might not have had the proper weight socks on. They have held up well. My only complaint is that the laces are too short. T double know all my boots and shoes to prevent them from coming undone. If I lace these up to the top, they are almost too short to do that. Make the laces about 4" longer. I'm going to replace the original laces with longer ones.

great all around hiker

Great traction and support for hiking. Only downside if kept laces tight and worn all day the tongue starts to dog into my foot.

Great boots!

These boots are comfortable, and they keep my feet dry. They've held up well through my many days of hiking up and down slopes in the woods.

this is my second pair of these boots . Trying to think how long I had the last pair ( that I still wear around the yard) , it must have been 18-20 years ago . Great boots , perfectly water proof , light weight and comfortable .

Been wearing ROCKY'S for 20 years wear almost exclusively for work and play.
