Order 34/32 received 34/33 1/2.

This is my second pair of R&G Denim. My first Relaxed Denim 34/32 fit great. My second pair is Winton Relaxed Denim 34/32. They fit well but they measure 33 1/4 in length. Can you explain?

Liked them so much I bought a 2nd pair.

Great quality jeans! However, the sizing is not consistent. I purchased a 33L in the store Andy really liked them. I ordered another pair online. They were significantly bigger than the pair I owned. I returned them and ordered a 32L and 33L to see what I would get. The 33L was a match for the ones I bought in the store. I had trouble ordering online when the sku from my receipt didn’t match anything online. Eventually got it worked out. I tried calling the store in Chicago and also the support line. Couldn’t reach a real person. That was frustrating.

Manufacturing Defect

The top button couldn’t be buttoned because the button hole was took small. The pants were returned.
