great help

I bought this for my grandson to go with a cross from the Vatican in Rome. It’s lovely. BUT I need to commend the help on Tuesday June 11. A young woman and gentleman about 2:30pm. It’s not often that Macys has courteous help. Usually you have to hunt them down. They were most helpful. If I remember the names I will get back to Macys. They were in the jewelry department.

Failure to refund

The funny thing is, I bought this item, Macy's canceled the order on Dec 23 (25 days ago), and I am waiting for Macy's to release my Paypal funds. I've called 4 times and they have basically said it's not their problem. Awesome.
