Not soft enough- arrived damaged

The quilt looked ok however it wasn’t as soft as i would have liked. The bigger problem is that it arrived damaged - w/ a big black stain on the top of the quilt. In addition one of the shams had frayed and split seams.

Royal Disappointed

I am very disappointed. The pillow looks like it was taken apart and sewn back together. The stuffing is coming out. Poorly made. I want a refund.
