Need help

I am always extremely happy with Macy’s products and customer service. This time I have hit a glitch. I did not receive the comforter set and was charged twice for it. I understand that it is a very busy time of year and it’s is a common occurrence for packages to be late but I can’t seem to rectify the double charge. I will continue to work on this and will always be a loyal Macy’s customer.

Quality

I recieved my product today i was so excited to recieve it the photos on line are beautiful however the quilt itself is very thin definalty over priced for the product .I am thinking i am returning it i can go to koles and get something nicer for less. I got it on sale cant imagine how they can price it at what they price it for even on sale is too nuch for what it is. I dont recomendd this oroduct for your hard earned money
