I love these plates!!!!

Broken Plates

The dinnerware itself is nice. However, a dinner plate and a salad plate arrive broken. I called Customer Service three times, each holding for 1.5 hours, but the recording/music just kept on going. I tried to file a report online, but there was no option for damaged goods. The only options were for warranty, price adjustment, and refund status. I would like to know how I can have these plates replaced since they did not arrive in good condition.
