Never Received! Customer Service lied to me.

Ordered this on 1/23/25 and have not received. Talked to Customer Service, Beth on 1/31 and she stated that she had corrected it and that I would receive on 2/5. My tracking has changed. It has never been mailed! I want a refund as you cant seem to be honest. Done with shopping at Macys.

Customer service 0

Waited over 3 weeks for item, finally got a chance to go in store and ask the status, first they said in was in transit then came back and said it’s been sitting at the store for over a week without notifying me.. couldn’t pickup without getting the email and they finally said order was canceled!!! Dissatisfied and disgusted!!!
