Terrible

Says boxspring recommended, NOT required...

Easy assembly and instructions were a breeze. I use a BeautyRest mattress, which is like, 12" thick and nothing overly spectacular, but it's a good mattress for the price I paid. The maker of this bedframe strongly suggest a foundation or box spring yet, state one is not required and I don't have a box spring. After 2 days with my mattress on the frame, 2 of the 3 support legs that are positioned under the center of the bed vertically from head-to-toe, broke. I'm a medium sized female and I don't share this bed with anyone besides my house cats...it's just me and nobody's jumping on my bed! So, how did the support legs break where they are bolted into the wooden pegs? My mattress is sagging to the floor from the center to the foot of the bed in the middle. I'm very disappointed.

Very cheap and low quality

At this price, I didn't expect this bed to be the best quality, but it was worse than I expected. The usb cables did not work, the slats and supports broke within the first month, and the materials are very thin and flimsy. Spend a little bit more and buy a better quality bed.

The shape of the headboard is distorted and all the USBs are not working

Wouldn't recommend

I had to return the bedframe when it first shipped to me because it arrived broken. 1st customer service lady couldn't even find my account or order. Her supervisor found my information right away. She was very helpful got me a return label and was able to return it and a new one was shipped out. Even though new one came and it was not broken this time, the USB does not work... didn't want to go through the hassle of breaking it down and putting it back in the box to return it so I will just keep it. but not satisfied that the USB does not work, this is one of the reasons I purchased this bedframe.

USB ports not working

It would be nice if the usb ports are working. We just put the bed frame together and none of the usb ports work.
