Fondue set

It is only by sheer luck that the item was received safely. There was no bubble wrap to protect the item box within the shipping box. Both ends of the box was open and again, it's only sheer luck thay they did not fall whem i opened it. Greater care should be utilized when shipping breakable items.

Arrived broken

I would have liked it, but one bowl arrived completely broken. It’s too bad. I would’ve given it five stars.

Poor Packing - Broken Items

I ordered five sets to be used as replacement holiday gifts for others we received broken prior to the holidays. Two out of three boxes arrived with broken pieces, and I'd say primarily due to insufficient packing by the Macy's shipping department. The boxes were placed in one large box and had a bit of packing material only at the top, but not on the sides or bottom, so they were loose and able to move around. I'm surprised no more were broken. If you want to buy this item, buy it in a store, and unpack the box to make sure all the pieces are intact.
