Horrible product and customer service

Arrived damaged and used. Been trying to return for weeks and keep getting the run-around. Macy's won't help, they keep sending me to the third party (Streamdale), Streamdale keeps sending me back to Macy's. Absolutley ZERO customer service on both ends. DO NOT BUY FROM A THIRD PARTY!!!!
