Runs small

its a great jacket but it runs so small. The sizing makes no sense.

Runs very small.

Why do winter coats run so small compared to women's tops? I put this on over a thin t shirt and it's so tight. I am a 36C. I normally wear a medium in tops and sometimes even a small. I have small shoulders. I purchased this jacket in a large based on an experience I had with another jacket I ordered in a different brand in a medium. This jacket fits the same as the medium in that jacket - very tight. I'm going to give up. I have a couple Lands End puffer jackets from years ago that I still wear in mediums. I didn't like their selection this year so have been looking at Macy's. I also don't like the lining in this - it's that crackly material. The hood is gigantic and I would never have worn it. Other than that the jacket is very pretty. If you are very thin and not curvy then you might like it. The color is beautiful. Maybe this is a Junior brand. I don't know.
