Carpet NOT actually 8x8

The carpet measures less than 8X8 (7'6" x7'6"). Those 5" make a difference when you are measuring for a specific carpet size. It also causes inconvenience when purchasing a carpet pad for a 8x8 carpet. I now have to return to purchase the next size up 9x9.
