Horrible, the quality is very poor and it does not look like what the photo shows

Nice rug, but lots of wrinkles from the way it was rolled in the plastic wrap. Hoping they eventually flatten out. Too hard to send back, otherwise I would have returned it. Like the cors and pile though.

I was so excited but when I opened it it’s so thin the way they roll the rug then I Open it it’s all wrinkled ….

Very thin, poor quality and not soft or plush at all. The picture is very deceiving. So disappointed. When unrolled upon arrival, it is nearly impossible to get the creases out of the rug.

The pictures for this rug are misleading for both textures and colors. The pics suggest a soft more white and light-gray tones, but in fact the dark is dominant and the gray much darker; and the texture is rough and unrefined. Really need to see this run in real-life to determine if it is a fit for your needs.
