Nice Rug - Poor packaging

The rug came on time and was the quality that we expected. However, the rug was folded multiple times and packaged in a tight plastic shrinkwrap material. This led to multiple creases in the rug, that have not flattened out for the last few weeks. I expected that a rug of this size would be shipped on a rolled up tube to protect the rug. The $40 surcharge should have covered the extra effort to ship without possible long term damage. We will see if the rug ever flattens out.
