Terrible Quality

Item is of poor quality and is not worth the price. When we received it, the wood was slightly chipped on certain pieces. The holes for screws were also not aligned properly in certain areas, nor were they drilled properly. I called Macys to see what they can do, and they only offered to have me ship it back for a full refund. They don't provide a partial refund like other resellers. I thought I could live with it, but of course, right after the 30 day return window, the wood continues to chip and splinter off. On top of that, it's sold through a third-party vendor, so good luck fighting them as Macys holds no responsibility.
