This product has worked well since we purchased it, but less than 6 months later, my toddler went to sit in it and a bolt where the wheels and joint/support bar meet popped out and we could no longer use it. Disappointing for a hot day at the zoo. Hoping to hear from Safety 1st support to get this resolved.

Not good!. Very disappointed ☹️ I’ve bought it a month before going on vacation with the family and the left side of the stroller near the wheel lost a screw. My husband replaced the part with something else since we were out of the country and really needed for our child. However, it got messed up again and now we cant return it since it's been longer than 30 days.

I purchase this stroller back in April 22nd 2022, received my package around April 26. The stroller was great and my 2 year old enjoyed and felt comfortable. It recently gave out on me , I was picking up my daughter at school with my son when the left back wheel gave out in the middle of the street with my 2 year old in it The stroller was amazing while it lasted, there is no way of me fixing this.

This stroller just snapped with my 18 lbs 1 year old in it. Only after 6 months of use.

Beautiful stroller, yes!! But one the front wheels Is broke and won't click in. I have a stroller with 3 wheels.

It was a nice stroller while it lasted I only had it for 3 months and it broke from one side the screw fell so it's very hard to fix .

I'd like to give pros and cons Pros: -Lightweight when folded, compact fold -Reclines almost to 180 degrees (simple to do) -HandleBars are 43 inches from ground (VERY TALL) -Canopy Shade comes down low for small stroller -Basket can store a decent amount -Pocket for Parent on back of stroller -Peekaboo Window on canopy shade -Cup holder feels durable (removable) -Easy Open & Fold (just read instruction on box) -Feels Decent walking on regular sidewalk -All wheels have a lock if you are stopped on a hill -Footrest for taller children(feet won't dangle) -Goes up to 50 IBS (great for small stroller) -Looks Expensive but very affordable -3 Colors to choose from Cons: -Will not stand up on its own when folded -Have to use both hands to fold and open -Wish it didn't roll while trying to open it with latch -Footrest does not adjust (if short, feet will dangle) -Cup holder can fall off when folding (not every time) -Child does not have a snack tray or cup holder -Only one cup holder -Can't access the complete basket when seat is reclined

I was looking for a new umbrella stroller for my second son. Our other strollers had been beat up by our now 5 yr old. This stroller was heavier than I expected, but it's so easy and convenient. It truly is one hand friendly. I can open it and close it with one hand. I've never had a stroller that collapsed so easily! The basket is big enough for quick store trips. I never want to use a cart with my kids these days. It handles as well as my previous $200 stroller. It also takes up very little room. My only complaint that when the seat tilts back, it does seem a little flimsy, like it could break easily. Fingers crossed, it doesn't. I am submitting this review in exchange for the product.
