Stopped working after only a few uses. Don’t buy. Get a smaller hand steamer.

Returning

I read about the great reviews so I decided to get this one. I just received it and I hate it. It didn’t have that much steam and it took me forever to do one shirt. By the time I was on my second shirt, I had to add more water. Not sure if my item was defective but I will be returning and trying out another SALAV garment steamer.

All of our upright steamers have strong 1500 watts of steam, and this model has 4 steam settings. Please make sure that the steam setting is set to LINEN which is the strongest setting to get the strongest steam output.
