dont purchase

i bought it today and it doesnt keep my cup warm or hot

Hi isa100, Salton's mug warmer model SMW12 is a low wattage, inexpensive way to keep a hot beverage indefinitely warm enough to enjoy. The surface temperature is over 120°C (248°F). Recommend using a ceramic flat bottom mug for best heat transfer.

Question re safety standards

Anyone know if it's CSA approved? It doesn't say so on the package, so I'm thinking no. Thank you.

Piping hot coffee!

Such great product. One of those things that I didn't know I needed but now that I have it I don't know how I ever got along without it!

Not strong heat

Make it did it does keep coffee hot. Not boiling hot but at least the temperature that hot coffee should be consumed.

Good buy at a good sale price.

Keeps coffee and tea warmer than my previous warmer (by another brand). Placement of on and off switch (on the hanging cord) is very good compared to my previous warmer.

I have been using this for a while now and I must say this little gadget has changed my life! No more walking back and forth to the microwave to keep my coffee warm.

I am a big coffee drinker and I love this product I keep in on my desk and it keeps my coffee hot and I don't need to microwave my cup to reheat my coffee
