Good grillin’ but not durable

Used 3 times and the non stick top is loosing it’s coating. Never scrubbed with abrasive or thrown in dishwasher. Always hand wash, warm soapy water. Cooks great and melt the cheese. Nice, can get kind of hard because there’s no control. Raclette is so fun!

Hi Sharizzle, sorry to know the non-stick coating on your Salton Party Grill & Raclette model TPG315 is peeling. You did the right thing by not using abrasive cleaners or the dishwasher. I hadn't heard of a raclette before I bought this but Im a huge fan now. Lots of fun. It's like fondue but with grilling

7 Person Birthday Dinner Success!

I bought this as a gift for my roommate and friend for her birthday and decided to surprise her family and everyone with dinner to cook on this after she opened it up. We opened it up, washed the cooktop and the raclette trays and plugged it in and let it heat up to burn off any potential residual chemicals. I made Korean BBQ Beef strips sliced ultra thin, shrimp kebabs and butterfly grilling shrimp, as well as asparagus and mixed peppers and cheese to melt. Everyone was having a blast around the table cooking and sharing the foods. They couldnt stop raving about the dinner for the rest of the weekend and said it would be one of those memories you have forever. I am so thankful I bought this and the dinner was a BLAST!
